AviFBO

From the board
to the balance.

Scheduling, dispatch, check-in, billing, fuel, maintenance and the safety register — the whole working day of a flight school and FBO, in one system instead of six and a drawer of paper.

A booking becomes a flight becomes a receipt.

Most software hands a school a calendar and an invoice book and leaves the middle to paper and re-typing. The middle is where the day actually happens.

  1. Reserved

    It goes on the board

A block against an aircraft, an instructor, a simulator or a classroom — everything schedulable is the same kind of thing, so a lesson that needs all four is one booking. Conflicts are caught as you save.

  2. Dispatched

    The aircraft leaves

Ops hands it over and the board shows who is out. Expired medicals, lapsed currency and overdue inspections surface here as warnings — advisory, because the person at the desk knows things the database does not.

  3. Checked in

    Meters and logbook, together

Hobbs and tach in, with the flight detail beside them: day, night, IMC, hood, landings, approaches. The aircraft's meters roll forward from the latest check-in, and the student's logbook fills itself.

  4. Receipt

    Priced and posted

The charges are worked out from that customer's own rates for that aircraft and instructor, and the account balance moves. One booking can hold several flights — a day block flown as three hops bills as three, on one thread.

The whole operation, not the popular half.

Scheduling and billing are the parts everyone builds. Fuel farms, leaseback statements, squawks, block-time draw-down and the safety register are the parts schools end up doing in spreadsheets.

What each one actually does →

The details that only matter after the first month.

These are the small things that go wrong quietly in flight-school software, and cost an afternoon each time. Every one of them is a decision here, not an accident.

The clock is your clock

Every time on every screen is local field time, on a 24-hour clock. Nobody converts anything in their head, and nobody argues about whether a 14:30 booking meant 14:30.

Prices come out right on their own

Set what each aircraft and instructor costs, and which customers pay which rate. The desk never types a price from memory — it is already filled in, and can still be changed for a one-off.

Half-finished paperwork doesn't count

An unfinished receipt stays out of balances and monthly figures until somebody completes it. Your revenue is never inflated by something nobody got round to.

Airframe hours can't run backwards

Correcting last Tuesday's flight will not rewind the aircraft. What the meters say is what was actually flown, in the order it was flown.

Anything on screen comes out as a file

Every list downloads as Excel, CSV or PDF, filtered exactly the way you are looking at it. No exporting everything and sorting it out afterwards.

Nothing emails your members by surprise

Automated email starts switched off. When you turn it on, it ignores everything already in the system — so bringing years of old records across never wakes up and emails anyone.

45 per aircraft, per month.

Plus VAT, with a 2-aircraft minimum. That is the whole price list.

You are charged per aircraft, not for the people using the system. Instructors, office staff, students on the portal — add as many as you have. Every module in the list above is included; there is nothing held back for a higher tier, because there are no tiers.

What that looks like

Monthly price before VAT, by number of aircraft
2 aircraft90/month
5 aircraft225/month
12 aircraft540/month

Before VAT.

Bring the archive, not just the aircraft list.

If you are on MyFBO today, all of it comes across — aircraft, students, and every dispatch, receipt and payment going back as far as your records do. Nothing is left behind and nothing is deleted.

Which means you can run both. Keep dispatching in MyFBO while your staff find their feet here, and we bring everything across again each night so the two stay in step. You switch over on the day the team is ready — not on a weekend, with a spreadsheet and a prayer.

From one aeroclub’s move. Every pass is recorded, so you can see exactly what came across and when.

See it running your own operation.

We set you up with your own aircraft, your own students and — if you are coming from MyFBO — your own history already on the board. The first thing you look at is your operation, not someone’s sample school.
